FULL-TIME TELLER – Texas State Bank is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide impeccable customer service, process financial transactions promptly and accurately, adhere to all bank policies and procedures, and communicate professionally with all clients and colleagues. Prior teller or cash handling experience is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Position is Monday through Friday and occasional Saturday mornings.
Credit reports and background checks will be obtained.

WIRE TRANSFER CLERK– Excellent customer service skills are required. Responsibilities will include processing incoming/outgoing wire transfers and ACH files. Will provide clerical support for wire transfer activities and resolving customer wire transfer inquiries via telephone. Will reconcile and balance general ledger accounts, including end-of-day reconciliation of processed wire requests. Will also be responsible for other duties as assigned. Must have multi-tasking abilities and strong computer skills including word processing and spreadsheets. Prior banking experience is a plus. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Position is full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m

CREDIT CLERK – We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Credit Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of consumer, commercial and mortgage loans. This role supports lenders, verifies loan data, maintains loan records, and resolves operational issues while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers. We value accuracy, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving in our staff.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and review
- Knowledge of loan documentation, collateral requirements, and lending regulations
- Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues
- Proficiency with loan servicing or core banking systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with compliance standards and audit procedures
- Professional demeanor with good phone etiquette and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive financial matters
Education & Experience
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in banking, lending, or financial operations is strongly preferred
- Training in loan compliance or loan servicing systems is a plus
Position is full-time Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
