News & Information

ATTENTION DEBIT CARD CUSTOMERS: To help reduce card fraud, Texas Bank is moving towards chip technology. To begin preparing for this change, all debit cards will be reset to an assigned PIN as of February 17th. We will be sending out PIN mailers to let you know your card's assigned PIN. Some card holders will notice that the PIN mailer reflects the same PIN they are already using because they used the PIN originally assigned and never changed it to one of their own choosing. If you have chosen your own PIN, your current PIN will not work as of February 17th. You will have the ability to again change your PIN to one of your own choosing at any Texas Bank ATM beginning February 17th. Please watch your mailbox for this important information. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
